YOUR SPACE. YOUR CHOICE.
A little clarity
about privacy.
Your daily prompt is public. Your account records and cloud recordings are private.
Public access and accounts
You do not need a PROVE MORE account to read the daily prompt, reflect, or create a share image. The public tap page does not require a hosting account. Personalized tools require a PROVE MORE account. There are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting and authentication providers may process connection and security logs.
What your account stores
Supabase handles email, password authentication and verification. PROVE MORE stores your optional name, chosen time zone, goals, original WHY, goal changes, progress entries, next actions, completed challenges and saved messages. Owner policies restrict access to your own account records. The app uses browser storage to keep your authentication session; account records save to the cloud, with no device-storage substitute after a failed cloud save.
Your journal and planner
Journal writing, optional mood and gratitude notes, reflection prompts, and dated planner actions save privately to your account. Planner actions can include a local time, priority, note and a link to one of your goals. Completing a plan does not automatically change goal measurements or challenge completions. Journal writing autosaves after a short pause, with server-confirmed status and a manual Save fallback. Until Saved appears, new writing remains only in page memory and can be lost if the browser terminates. The app warns before leaving unsaved writing where supported. Neither feature schedules notifications.
Sound, breathing and recovery
Public breathing exercises start only when you choose Start. Interaction sounds start disabled until you enable them for the visit; audio guidance is optional. Sounds are generated in your browser. Spoken guidance uses an available on-device voice for your chosen language and reads only breathing instructions, never journal writing. Anonymous experience preferences stay on this device. Signed-in preferences save privately to your account.
Optional energy, stress and work-minute check-ins, dismissed suggestions and day-closing acknowledgments save privately to your account. Suggestions use transparent rules based on your recorded activity and what you report; the app does not measure exhaustion, stress, work time or sleep. Recovery check-ins do not extend your productivity streak. Wind Down reflections append to your existing dated journal. Let Go words stay only in page memory and are never uploaded or used for suggestions; releasing them clears that temporary space with an Undo option, without deleting journal entries. Recovery records and wellness preferences are included in account exports and removed with account deletion.
Puzzle arcade and skill learning
Signed-in puzzle moves, lesson responses, saved positions, completion records and arcade preferences are private account data. The server checks the activity rules before confirming progress. These records are included in exports and removed when the account is deleted. Guest progress stays only in page memory. Optional speaking-practice recordings stay in the current page, are never uploaded, and are discarded when you leave the lesson. On-device voices and synthesized Morse signals play only when requested and sound is enabled.
Mind Gym practice records
Signed-in Mind Gym sessions save private exercise responses, active-time estimates, results, preferences and checkpoints in your account. Emotional and courage reflections remain your original words and are not sent to translation services. Unfinished rounds can restart from a saved checkpoint. Guest practice stays only in page memory. Practice records are included in account exports and deleted with the account. Exercise scores describe performance within the exercise, not intelligence or mental health. Optional planner actions and goal credits are created only when you choose to save them.
Language preferences
Your chosen language changes app labels and public prompts, never your own writing. Anonymous visitors may save a language preference on this device. Signed-in preferences save privately to the account and are included in exports and account deletion. Translation files are downloaded as static public resources; private journal entries, goals and recordings are never sent to a translation service. New language previews still need fluent-speaker review.
Your daily calendar
Anonymous visitors use their browser’s detected time zone, with UTC as the fallback. Signed-in customers use their chosen time zone. A prompt is pinned until its next local midnight, including when a time-zone change is pending. The original 365 prompts rotate annually unless more curated content is added.
Voice time capsules
Recording starts only after you press Start recording and grant microphone permission. The microphone stops when capture ends or the recorder closes. Signed-in account recordings save their audio, public prompt, duration and opening date in a private Supabase bucket. Playback requires the owner’s verified session and opening date, then uses a link that expires after five minutes. Anyone who receives an unexpired playback link may play it, so keep those links private. The opening date is an access rule, not end-to-end encryption.
Existing device-only recordings remain separate in this browser’s IndexedDB and can be viewed using the device-recording switch. Anonymous recordings also stay on the device. Anyone using that browser profile may access them. Browser cleanup, uninstalling, private browsing or losing the device may remove them. Download a private backup if you want to keep one. Downloaded backups can be played immediately.
Written capsules and growth records
Written time capsules store titles and unlock dates separately from their private letters. Only the owner can retrieve a letter after its unlock time. Milestones, check-ins, recurring-action completions, weekly reviews and earned achievements are associated with your account and deleted with it. Unlock dates are server access rules, not end-to-end encryption.
Reminders
Calendar downloads contain no audio or private words. Open the file and add it to your calendar yourself. Automatic time-capsule email reminders remain disabled until a delivery provider, server schedule and delivery tests are configured. No automatic delivery is promised. If enabled later, reminders will require your opt-in and contain a sign-in link, never an audio attachment.
Export and deletion
Profile settings let you download account records as JSON, including journal entries, planner actions, recurring actions, check-ins, weekly reviews, milestones, achievements, reminder preferences and capsule metadata; that file does not include private audio or sealed letter contents. Journal pages, planner actions and cloud recordings can also be deleted individually. Account deletion requires your current password and permanently removes the active account, its private recordings and associated database records, including journal and planner data. It does not remove device-only recordings, downloaded backups, exported files, or provider backups retained under the provider’s retention policies.
Device records, sharing and caching
Anonymous challenge completions remain on this device, up to 365 records. Signed-in completions save to your account. Share images include only the public prompt, theme, date and branding. Public pages and static assets can be cached for offline access; private account responses and cloud audio are not added to that public cache. Remove local app data through your browser’s site settings.
